Shipping Policy

* We ship using EMS.
* Tracking number available. Compensation can be claimed in case of damage or non-delivery.

Shipping Rates & Methods (Japan Domestic)

  • Standard Rate: A flat fee of ¥600 nationwide.

  • Method: We primarily use Japan Post. We will select the most suitable shipping method for your order.

  • Features: Includes tracking and hand-delivery. No insurance/compensation included.

  • Large Items: Oversized items are automatically shipped via Yu-Pack. Shipping costs for these items vary by size and destination; please refer to the shipping rate table.

International Shipping

  • To Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong: Shipped via EMS. This service includes tracking and insurance for damage or loss.

  • Direct Shipping from France: Some items are shipped directly from France to Japan. In these cases, international shipping fees apply based on weight unless otherwise stated.

Optional Insurance (Japan Domestic)

For added peace of mind, please select the "Yu-Pack (with Insurance)" option for an additional fee.

Important: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you do not choose the insured option, we cannot process claims for damages or missing packages.

Important Notes

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order items of different sizes or materials (e.g., fragile items), they may be shipped in separate packages.

  • No Changes After Purchase: We manage shipments by order number. Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping method, address, or apply discount refunds.

  • Re-delivery Fees: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or absence, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

Non-Delivery & Tracking

Once the shipping process is complete, the package is under the management of the carrier (Japan Post).

  • If your package does not arrive, please check the status on the Japan Post website.

  • In case of suspected loss, theft, or damage during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the contact information provided in your shipping confirmation.

  • We recommend reporting any incidents of theft to the local police.
