Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges: Due to the nature of antiques, there are no substitutions. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted after purchase or delivery. Please check the photos, size, and condition description on each product page carefully before purchasing.

Characteristics of Antique Items: Our antique items have their own unique charms that are etched in time and history. Due to natural aging, some items may show wear, scratches, discoloration, or other blemishes resulting from use. We hope you will understand these characteristics and enjoy them as part of the product's character.

Detailed Product Descriptions: In order to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a detailed description of each item, its description, price, and photos on each page. Please check these descriptions and pictures carefully before placing your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make sure you are satisfied with the condition and appearance of the product before proceeding with your purchase. We do not accept cancellations or refunds after an order has been placed, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Layaway and Reservations: At this time, we do not accept layaway or reservations. To ensure that all customers can enjoy their shopping experience, please complete your purchase from the shopping cart. Please note that we may combine shipments for multiple orders to the same destination.

Shipping and compensation options:.

Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong: We will ship by EMS (Express Mail Service). Tracking is available, and compensation can be requested in case of damage or non-delivery. If the package is not delivered due to an incomplete address, etc., the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fee.

WJapan: Orders will be shipped free of charge (with tracking). We are not responsible for any damage caused by accidents or theft during shipping as it is out of our control. If you wish to receive compensation, please use “Yu-Pack (with compensation)” as a paid option. Please note that if you choose the “Compensated” option, we will not be able to accept any claims for damage or loss during shipping. Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees in the event that a package is not delivered due to an incomplete entry of the destination address or other reasons.

Application for compensation in case of damage: In case of damaged arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. Please note that we can only accept damage declarations within this time frame. Parcels that have not selected a shipping method with compensation cannot apply for compensation. If possible, please open the package in the presence of the delivery staff when you receive it, check the contents, and report any damage on the spot. If you are unable to open the package in person, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receipt by sending an email with the following photos and other information. Please be sure to include the following information, as it is necessary for the compensation application.

International Shipping: The following items are shipped internationally from France. Please note that international shipping fees will be charged according to the weight of the package.
