Shipping Problems: For those who wish to be compensated for package damage during shipping, we offer a paid option: "Yu-Pack (with insurance)." Our store is unable to control accidents, loss, or theft during delivery, and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for such damages. If you do not select insured shipping, we cannot accept claims for damages during delivery, and refunds will not be issued. Furthermore, in the case of redelivery due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
