Delayed, lost or damaged arrival
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives lost or damaged, and in the unlikely event that the delivery takes longer than expected, please note that the shop is exempt from liability for problems during delivery. Please inform us of your problem and we will do our best to help you get the best possible guarantee. Please note that we are unable to provide assistance for parcels that have been in transit for more than three days after arrival.

Customs duties
For orders from outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be required upon arrival in the recipient country.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges: We regret that we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges after purchase or delivery.

Characteristics of antique items: Our antique items have a unique charm, which is a reflection of their age and history. Due to natural ageing, some items may show wear, scratches, discolouration or other blemishes resulting from use. Reporting serious problems: if you experience a serious problem with the goods you have ordered or received, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will respond in good faith until the problem is resolved.

-The price of the goods and shipping costs are stated in Euro€. Payment can be made by credit card in the currency of your country.

-The rates for the currencies displayed on the website are calculated automatically in the system. Please note that the rates are updated daily and are approximate, so there may be a small difference in the actual payment amount. Please also note that depending on the payment method you choose, you may be charged a fee depending on the regulations of the credit card company you use.

-We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the product, regardless of the period of time from arrival or the period of use.
